The owner of JRH Service does not know what customer service means. I had my portable generator serviced by him months ago. It was working. Then, recently I tried starting it up only to find gasoline dripping and heavy smoke coming out of the exhaust. OK. Maybe because it sat for a while problems developed. I called at least three times and stopped by, leaving my name, phone number, and problem. Still no response. Too busy to respond to a paying customer? At least, return my calls and explain that you can't get to my generator for X numbers of days/weeks. No. Nothing.
