Tonight I had Russell come and do a tow for my family. My dad died in the car accident that he was towing. It was muddy, dark, freezing, half raining AND half snowing. The truck was not in the easiest place to get to. Russell was kind, genuine, caring and just overall literally the best experience I've ever had with a tow, considering such crummy circumstances. He worked diligently and professionally. Thank you so much. That kid deserves a raise!!! A+++++++
I have been towed by them several times, I have no complaints. The office staff and drivers are all wonderful and super nice.
AAA dispatched Superior out to tow our car off of I-78 (flat tire no spare) Matthew arrived quickly and was phenomenal. He was friendly and courteous. My family's safety was his priority. He was able to get us to a repair shop and stayed till he knew they had tires in stock for us. Very grateful for all his help. Thank you Matthew!!!
Superior Towing came out when I used my AAA service for a failed battery. Doug was courteous, professional and went above and beyond to get my car back on the road. They took the time to order a battery since it wasn't a size readily kept in stock(after calling other shops to see if they had one available--what service!). Came out to me to make the install and took away my old battery for free. If you are in a jam don't hesitate to call Superior!
The dispatcher was very helpful in understanding my problem and sending the appropriate truck. The driver Superior Towing sent out was amazing. The steering on my Ford Pickup had stopped working and the driver did an incredible job getting a non-steering full sized pick up truck on his flatbed and safely to the garage.
