It's a great place. It helped me to get healthier, fitter, and stronger. I lost over 30 pounds in under 6 months. I love going to Old School Fitness. :)

Not your ordinary gym. All workouts are instructor led. All instructors have martial arts training so you get to learn a practice martial arts techniques. Many classes offer punching and kicking heavy bags, which is a great workout for both cardiovascular and strength. Best of all there is no pressure...train at your own pace. Students and instructors are all friendly, welcoming and motivational. It's definitely a feel good kind of place.
