Kind, courteous, and caring. Listened to what we needed and put us in the right vehicle right off the bat. No haggling necessary as the car was priced fairly. Quick turnaround on the documents and prep of the vehicle. Out the door and on the road in just a couple of hours.
Now, on to our sales associate, Kevin Borden. Kevin was fantastic from the start. He listed to both myself and my wife very thoughtfully and respectfully responded to both of us. I've noticed some male sales associates will direct their conversation to the male only (his is an instant turn off to me as it's simply rude and arrogant). Kevin is transparent, knowledge, honest and timely with all communication, via email or phone. Honestly, Kevin was hands down the best sales associate we've ever worked with. And best of all, he's a good person. His goal was to make sure we were happy fining what was best for us... not forcing a vehicle from his lot.
My experience at Novak motors was excellent from beginning to end, it was a refreshing change from dealing with your traditional sales person who keeps on putting more and more pressure on you.
We ended up buying the car that we needed from Novak.
Wesley was our sales person and he was very polite, understanding and easy to go guy.
Provided all the information that I needed, very patient as I was taking my sweet time checking the vehicle.

We have been looking for a different car for about 3 months. Went to a couple of franchise dealers, which was not a good experience and they had no followup. Over the years, my wife and I have been to a lot of dealerships. The entire experience at Novak far exceeds all past dealerships. The dealership is clean and new. The vehicles also clean and well cared for. There is zero pressure. Zero. Did I mention, ZERO. The staff we worked with was polite and professional: from sales (Kevin Borden) to management (Kevin Jones) to finance (Marisa Manning). They also service vehicles, which I've used in the past and the work was A+ and honest.
I have been searching the web for a preowned Jeep Renegade with one owner and low miles. After searching for several days I located one at Novak Motors. I called and spoke to Joel who stated the Renegade was still available and I set up an appointment. The vehicle was in great condition and the sales team was outstanding.
