Warm, welcoming coffeeshop atmosphere. Friendly service, if sometimes slower than desired. Great local offerings and house-baked goods.
Espresso shots are disappointing -- taste like they would otherwise be great beans, but PLEASE stop grinding at the start of the day then pulling shots after lunch from the pile of stale grounds. Each shot should be fresh ground if the whole beans are already sitting in the hopper!
Food is delicious. Best bacon ever. The service has gotten much quicker since the first time we went here! Glad to see that improvement.
Excellent food
Stopped here for lunch after a walk in Ken Lockwood Gorge a few miles away. Unique fresh menu and breakfast served all day if you want. Good food, nice people.

Understaffed and overrated are the two words that come to mind. For the only party in the store during the "most popular breakfast hours" the service was ridiculously slow. My frenchtoast also came very visibly under cooked with a residual egg taste. The only high note is that they did not charge for the undercooked French toast. Normally I am a huge breakfast enthusiast but was not flattered in any way with the food here.
